Diana Loit, Regional Manager

I started my career at KOTRYNA GROUP back in 2013, almost a decade ago. In the beginning, I was working as a Store Manager of the MOTHERCARE store and after 4 years, in 2017, OVS KIDS store was entrusted to me. To be honest, I am surprised that I didn’t even notice how the time had passed, but for me, first of all, this is an indicator that I am at the right place, doing what interests me, working in a dynamic atmosphere as well as developing constantly.

In 2019, I was offered to become the Regional Manager in Tallinn. I remember this period being quite difficult to me as the new role, new tasks and new responsibility zone required a lot of improvement, dedication and trust in the process. Moreover, working as a Regional Manager also pushed me to enhance my education and successfully graduate from the Tallinn Economic School.
